Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was large and comfortable, facing all the air condition machines on the casino rooftop made it extremely noisy. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was an initial issue with my car being left unlocked. The location was convenient for the event I attended, but not ideal if you're not interested in shopping at the nearby outlets. The dining experience offered a decent continental buffet, though not exceptional. Despite some drawbacks, I appreciated the amenities provided by the hotel.
The executive suite had a door that connected, allowing for better quality family time, but I felt it was overpriced for what I got; pretty much like any other place I've stayed at - nothing extraordinary. Nonetheless, the room itself was superb, spacious, and very well appointed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though facing the sun in the morning, reeked of smoke, which was not pleasant. On a better note, the room had a connecting door, allowing for quality family time. However, it didn't appear very clean.
